Who Can Create a Password

  • Students academically registered for the current or previous academic year
  • New students planning to register via uLink (when registration is active)
Staff members: You don't need to create a password. Login with your UJ username and password. Contact ICS on 011 559 8888 for assistance.

I, the student, and (where applicable), the parent/guardian/next-of-kin/spouse of the student, declare and agree as follows (Students under the age of 18 years old must be assisted by their parent or guardian):

I/we, the parent, legal guardian, or spouse of the student, hereby consent to the collection and processing of my/our personal information for any administration and governance purposes during the student’s term of study. Where the student is a minor, I/we consent to the processing of the student’s information as a minor.
